For my personal practice, I do a sequence called Ishta Mala. It’s a 40-minute practice which includes standing and seated postures. I love it because it helps me stay focused and motivated and keeps my emotions on an even keel. It’s taught by my partner John (he’s also a long time yoga teacher and practitioner) and demonstrated by me and has a soothing yoga nidra ( relaxation at the end).
